The writing and editing for the short story collection is continuing. Life has created a scenario where I have to alter my approach to work by parceling it out into 30 minutes a day rather than a few hours to really get deep in the weeds. It’s a new way of getting the creative work done brought about by necessity: there is just too much happening to carve out that much time with any consistency.

So where are we at now? I have one more story to write, and then the collection will get edited for content, and then I’ll forward it for formatting work. I think, genuinely, it will be done in January.

I’m not quite ready to share a sample of the stories that are “done” as I had intended to, so I apologize, but those will be coming as soon as I feel they can go out.
